• The promoter of this event is Golden Porch Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
• No staff members or their immediate family are eligible to participate in the event.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Participants must be 21 years or older to be eligible for this promotion.
• Providing incorrect details will lead to disqualification.
• A raffle will be conducted, and a random coupon will be selected from the pool.
• It is mandatory to retain the guest’s copy of the coupon to display for verification.
• The guest or their representative has to be physically present during draw time with the guest’s copy to claim the prize. If not, a new coupon will be drawn.
• The delivery of the car awarded under this promotion shall take place at the casino premises on 30th May.
• The car provided as part of this promotion shall be a Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder S, in white colour, as determined by the promoter.
• Once the prizes have been awarded the responsibility of the casino would be considered fulfilled.
• By participating, the winner agrees to use their name, image, and interview in any promotional material.
• Participants grant permission to receive communication from the promoter.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
• Management’s decision concerning all matters of this promotion will be final.
• Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• TDS amount @30% of total prize value along with TCS at actual as per the proforma shall be first paid to the organizer by the lucky draw winner then only the winner shall be eligible to claim the prize. Winner shall deposit TDS and TCS amount in organisers bank account through NEFT/ RTGS/ Cheque/ DD within 15 days from the lucky draw, failing which organizers may forfeit the prize.
