Terms & Conditions

• One coupon per eligible guest per designated hourly draw.
• Participants must be 21 years or older to participate.
• The guest must retain the guest’s copy of the coupon for verification and prize collection.
• The winner will be selected through a random draw from the eligible coupons.
• The guest or their representative must be physically present at the time of the draw with the guest’s copy to claim the prize. If absent, a new coupon will be drawn.
• Coupons that are damaged, altered, duplicated or contain incorrect details will be considered invalid.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Management’s decision regarding the draw, eligibility and prize distribution shall be final and binding.
• Participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Goa.
