Eligibility:

1. The participant must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Only Indian residents are eligible to participate. Proof of residency (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) may be required for verification.
3. Multiple entries are not allowed; each participant is entitled to only one entry.
4. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Puppy’s Casino Gold, its partners, and associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
5. The companion can be any eligible individual; they need not be a spouse. No additional persons are covered.

Giveaway Prize & Inclusions: 

1. One-way economy-class flight tickets for two persons will be provided from the nearest major airport in India to Goa, capped at a total of ₹12,000 (combined). Any cost exceeding this limit must be borne by the winner.
2. The stay includes 2 nights at Sinq Prive, Candolim, Goa, with breakfast included.
3. The accommodation is fixed at Sinq Prive only; no other locations or hotels will be provided.
4. The winner will receive VIP Entry into Puppy’s Casino Gold for both them and their companion.
5. A lead time of two (2) months is required for processing and confirming bookings.
6. Bookings cannot be made on public holiday long weekends or weekends (Friday to Sunday).
7. Any requests for changes, date modifications, or cancellations after confirmation will not be entertained.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. The selection of the winner and the final execution of the giveaway shall be at the sole discretion of Puppy’s Casino Gold management.
2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
3. The giveaway is valid for one (1) year from the date of winner announcement. If not availed within this period, it will be forfeited.
4. The giveaway only covers the accommodation and specified package entry; all gaming currency must be purchased separately by the winner.
5. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to return travel, transportation beyond the one-way flight, meals outside the included breakfast, personal purchases, and in-room services, shall be borne by the winner.
6. Puppy’s Casino Gold reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
7. The winner and their companion must comply with all local laws, casino rules, and responsible gaming policies. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
8. Any disputes regarding winner selection, prize redemption, or giveaway execution shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Puppy’s Casino Gold, and their decision shall be final and binding.
9. The winner agrees to participate in promotional activities (e.g., social media features, interviews, photography) as required.
10. Bookings are strictly not allowed between December 15, 2025 and January 10, 2026.

Legal Disclaimer:

1. Puppy’s Casino Gold shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or unforeseen circumstances arising from participation in the giveaway, including travel disruptions, force majeure events, or personal incidents.
2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
